Chase Skogen property management is a family run business. We thoroughly enjoy living and working in Montana and we want our renters to experience that enjoyment of Montana as much as we do throughout their tenancy with us. We are the most innovative property management company in Bozeman when it comes to customer service, and marketing our properties. We are the only rental company in Montana with high-quality video, and 3D virtual tours of our rental properties allowing prospective tenants to walk through our properties on their phone, tablet, or laptop long before they arrive in person at the property. Each of our properties are well kept with lawn care and snow removal included in the rent on all of our multi-family units (90% of our inventory). Our properties are built to code with energy efficiency in mind, and feature updated appliances.
